Canada is Officially Anti-Ginger-Kicking

You know, Canada, I make fun of you a lot. I’ve always considered you as our handicapped brother to the north, but I found new respect for you today as your courts handed down a decision that promoted the well-being of gingers. By slamming the South Park episode which encouraged Nov. 20 to be “Kick a Ginger Day” and subsequently punishing two youths who carried it out, you have made all of us with crimson locks feel just a bit safer.
With this judgement, I ask, is it enough? Can we truly feel safe from the rubber souls of those who would lash out at us? Should we not take it to the next logical step of moving to have “ginger” be a protected status with the appropriate hate-crime legislation supporting it?
